Greetings and welcome! I’m Coach Ron, the heart and soul behind Change Connections. I know what you might be thinking: “Another life coach? What makes him different?”. Well, let’s dive into my story and see.
Years ago, I found myself at a crossroads – navigating the highs and lows, the celebrations and challenges, just like everyone else. I realized that while life doesn’t come with a manual, we can always equip ourselves with tools, strategies, and most importantly, connections, to pave our own path. That’s when Coach Ron’s Change Connections was born.
Here, we believe that every individual is unique, with their own set of dreams, obstacles, and stories. And, just like in any great story, there are moments of doubt, but also moments of incredible transformation. What I aim to do, with the backing of my dedicated team, is guide you through these transformative phases. Whether you’re looking for clarity, seeking a new direction, or simply need a nudge to rediscover your passion, we’re here to journey with you.
Our approach is holistic, personalized, and – dare I say – even a bit fun! We’re not about the stuffy, over-complicated jargon that can make you feel more lost. No, we’re about genuine, heart-to-heart connections. Because at the end of the day, it’s those connections that catalyze real change.

Ministry Journey
Ron’s journey has always been hands-on and people-focused.
For nearly three decades, he shepherded a church, built leadership teams, walked families through life’s biggest moments, and faced the same pressures every pastor feels — burnout, conflict, and transition.
Through it all, God used both the victories and the struggles to shape a new purpose: helping other pastors lead with clarity and confidence.
Calling
After experiencing succession firsthand, Ron sensed a clear calling — not just to pastor one church, but to serve many.
His heart is to walk alongside pastors, offer practical guidance, and remind them they’re not alone in leadership.
